Ingredients :
- 325 gr Rice flour
- 50 gr wheat flour
- 150 gr Brown sugar
- 100 gr white sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 pcs of Pandal leaf
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 475 cc Water
- Vegetable oil for fryng
- Boil water with brown sugar, white sugar, and pandan leafs, then filtered
- Pour into flour mixture, then stir until smoth
- Let stand for one night
- The next day, add an egg and salt, then mix
- Heat 2 tsp of vegetable oil in a small frying fan, and then pour 1 tsp batter into it.
- Fry until cooked
for : 15 pcs
