CUCUR Cakes

Ingredients : 
  1. 325 gr Rice flour
  2. 50 gr wheat flour
  3. 150 gr Brown sugar
  4. 100 gr white sugar
  5. 1 egg
  6. 2 pcs of Pandal leaf
  7. 1/4 tsp salt
  8. 475 cc Water
  9. Vegetable oil for fryng
Intruction :

  1. Boil water with brown sugar,  white sugar, and pandan leafs, then filtered
  2. Pour into flour mixture, then stir until smoth
  3. Let stand for one night 
  4. The next day, add an egg and salt, then mix 
  5. Heat 2 tsp of vegetable oil in a small frying fan, and then pour 1 tsp batter into it. 
  6. Fry until cooked
